💡In case you need this reminder today…
You are not a QUITTER.
You are not a PROCRASTINATOR.
You are not INCONSISTENT.
🛑 Stop labeling yourself as such.
What you do is…
You start, you stop. You start again. You stop again.
And then you do it all over again.
It doesn’t MEAN anything about YOU.
All you have to do is pay attention to that little voice in your head that says, “I don’t wanna.” Or “I don’t feel like it!”😫
My world changed when I stopped listening and believing that thought.
Seemingly, the thought “I don’t feel like it” seems like you’re just speaking your truth and that’s it’s harmless.
But this is one of the most poisonous thoughts our brain can offer us. ☠️
It stands between us and our life, our goals, our aspirations, and dreams.
🛑 STOP listening to it and your WORLD will change too.
Expect NOT to FEEL like it!
Who cares that you don’t feel like it?!
That means your brain is working as it should.
As my mentor and teacher says, “The price of your dreams is in the willingness to be uncomfortable.”
Go START more things than you STOP.✨💪✨
